Sothulisa Holding is a parent company and has subsidiaries.
The company is named after our founder’s forefather Sothulisa Ngobese. He was a warrior who fought many battles to ensure the survival of his tribe. He never let them down as he wanted what was good for his people. He followed from the footstep of his forefathers who fought the 1879 battle of Isandlwana.
As such our founder Thabani S Ngobese has continued to build and renewal of the clan powerful history.
Warrior never ends fighting. Legends are born and Legacies are built.
Sothulisa fully owns three subsidiaries, TTS23-MTS Consultants & Projects, Magungebe Building Construction and MA-VI Trading as shown below.
Sothulisa Holding started as a project under TTS23-MTS CONSULTANTS AND PROJECTS which was formed in 2007 to deal with all aspects of construction including supplying, maintenance, trading and other related projects. It was established to empower young black historically disadvantaged. The company is owned and managed by four black African individuals of which three had already resigned their membership. The company aim is to utilize and contribute to the consultancy sector in the country in line with the vision and principles of the government of building our country. Furthermore, it is our aim to utilize the opportunity provided by the National Government Programme and the BBBEE to empower previously disadvantaged black South African. Our contribution is to partner in building the new South African society with opportunities. Our core business is rendering services by supplying.

Our mission is to be the best preferred service provider in S.A by bridging the gap between the well-established professional service providers and the disadvantaged service provider by providing the best quality communicable linkage between the two and other related project while forming partnership with other companies in South Africa . We aim at achieving an acceptable financial return in providing our services, hence enabling long term growth development, stability and sustainability. We are committed in improving the live hood of all those who will be serving the company then.

The company is registered 2013/042030/07 and holds petroleum license currently trading as Sothulisa Petroleum. It is registered with KZN Provincial Treasury database And Central Supplier Database with supplier number MAAA0075650. The company fully compliant with South African Revenue Services
MAGUNGEBE BUILDING AND CONSTRUCTION
Magungebe Building Construction was established in 2007 and is registered with CIPRO registration no: 2007/000634/23. The company is still an emerging SME service provider that is mainly rendering all projects related matters including construction, building and supplying material.
We have trained staff including our temporary staff since we at some stage teamed up with recognized companies Nationally, so to gain strong working experience. We also have a qualified B Com Accounting Graduate and Quantity surveyor on temporary basis for assistance. We render high quality services with skilled employees in the supply chain and construction fields. We render supplying in a professional way and we are determined to render whatever services that are requested by our clients.
MA-VI TRADING
MA-VI Trading is a registered company 2013/152881/07 trading as Blue Sky Security company, we provide training and services to our customers. Company is also has a trading license under PSIRA 2334177.
